Welcome to
Bridge & Bloom!
Real-life support for families raising beautifully complex kids.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, second-guessing yourself, or just trying to make it through the day—you're not alone. Bridge & Bloom was created to meet you right where you are, with tools that work in real life and support that feels like a deep breath. Whether you're navigating behavior challenges, sensory needs, or emotional ups and downs, this is a space for connection, clarity, and growth—for both you and your child.
About Bridge & Bloom

At Bridge & Bloom, I support families navigating the early stages of developmental and behavioral concerns through personalized, home-centered strategies.

With a background in behavioral psychology and over 15 years of experience supporting children and caregivers across a variety of settings, I bring a grounded, compassionate approach that helps families understand their child’s behavior—and respond in ways that foster connection, regulation, and lasting change.

My primary service, Home Support Planning, focuses on creating collaborative, customized plans built around your family’s real-life routines, challenges, and sensory needs. Whether you’re navigating daily dysregulation, intense transitions, or simply feeling lost in the process of seeking support, I help you make sense of what’s happening—and what to do next.
What sets Bridge & Bloom apart is the blend of structure and heart: I offer the insight of a consultant with the partnership of a coach. That means we look not only at behavior patterns, but at what your family truly needs to feel equipped, empowered, and supported.

Support may include:
-
Sensory-informed strategies to reduce overwhelm and shutdowns
-
Behavior-focused routines to ease transitions and support regulation
-
Visual and communication tools tailored to your child’s needs
-
Practical tools for co-regulation and caregiver resilience
-
Whole-family support, including sibling strategies and daily rhythm building
I also offer Ongoing Guidance & Resource Navigation for families who need continued check-ins, support interpreting evaluations, or help connecting with trusted services.

Bridge & Bloom isn’t therapy—and it’s not about compliance. It’s about understanding what’s behind your child’s behavior, and building support systems that are grounded, respectful, and truly sustainable at home.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just need someone who understands what you’re facing—and knows how to walk beside you as you move forward.
